To arrange a ‘Retrofit’ Service Call out please contact Wendy Grimes wendyg@silverline-oe.com for a Call Out Request Form. We will be unable to complete your request without the completed documentation.
Please note our terms & conditions for Service Call Outs: The £50.00 call-out charge covers the first one hour on site for our engineer(s). Any additional time on site will be charged at £50.00 per man hour and replacement parts (which are no longer under warranty) will be charged for at cost. Please note where an urgent call-out has been arranged and falls outside our warranty period, then additional charges for travelling time and accommodation may be made.
